Dr. Dongwuk Cha, DDS

Dr. Dongwuk Cha, DDS, received his dental education from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2011. He practiced dentistry in Pennsylvania and Minnesota before settling in the Atlanta area in 2019. Before he became a dentist, Dr. Cha served as a platoon leader in the Korean Army in South Korea.
Although Dr. Cha enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and keeps patient care at the forefront with every patient, he has received training and is exceptionally skilled at more complex treatments, including laser dentistry, dentures, surgical extractions, root canal treatments, and dental implants. In addition, he has received certification in advanced periodontal surgeries using laser technology known as the Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP). His wide range of skills allows him to offer comprehensive dental care for the entire family.
When he isn’t working, Dr. Cha, along with his wife and three sons, Patrick, Aiden, and Declan, enjoy spending time outdoors.
I found my new dentist! Went in for a consultation and they explained the recommended treatment plan very well. They also did a great job explaining what insurance covered and the overall costs. They use very nice equipment and the office is clean, plus everyone there does a great job. Went in for a root canal and it was quick and painless. Thank you for the great work you do!
